Understanding Poker Bluffing

Deception is a good word that describes a poker bluff. If you play a round of poker, you know that the best poker players are those that can make you believe what they want to. Bluffing is a strategy often used by top poker players that give them their millions. However, for novices who have just started, or those who are grinding their way to get their photo on the Binion’s gallery of champions, hold one common misconception - bluffing is a risky tactic. The truth is, it could go either way. Used appropriately and executed flawlessly, you can steal the pot with a poker bluff; used carelessly at timed improperly, lose the pot to the person sitting across from you – a total disaster. If don't have a chance of bluffing then you may try for poker tells. In poker tournaments people will be very careful so that they don't give any chance to the opponent player for a poker tells.
